Return Policy

We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of delivery for free.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original labels, and repackaged in the original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

You need to email us at support@yoopins.com to request a return. Please write "Return" in your email subject. We will email you within 48 hours with a pre-paid shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package after your return request is received. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

To make exchange, you return the products you have purchased following the return policy listed above, and make a separate new purchase. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for products that have already been used, missing original labels, or missing original packaging. We cannot accept returns on gift cards or clearance items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we received and inspected your returned items. Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after your return is approved. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received refund, please contact us at support@yoopins.com.
